Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Textile360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
Description of Service
Textile360 is a B2B software platform designed for textile businesses to manage customers, measurements, fabric inventory, material tracking, product codes, and production workflows via web and mobile applications.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@textile360.eu of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Textile360 is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period you may choose to subscribe or your account will revert to the free tier.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, transmit malicious code, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software within Textile360 are owned by or licensed to us. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textile360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
